Tiffanie Robinson is CO.LAB's Board Chair and a professional connector, bringing together businesses with property, women entrepreneurs with investors, and parents with their school board.
She is the Founder and President of SVN|Second Story Real Estate Management, and a founding member and active general partner at The JumpFund, an angel fund made up of all female investors focusing on investments in female led companies.
An entrepreneur at heart and in practice, Tiffanie has spent the last 15 years launching and building companies, resulting in the sale of two companies.
Kristina Montague is the former Board Chair for CO.LAB and a Managing Partner of the JumpFund, an early stage investment fund with over $7M under management comprised of majority female investors focused on providing growth capital to women-led ventures in the Southeast US.
She is also a partner in Next Wave Impact Fund, a national effort to engage and educate women investors interested in impact-focused ventures. Previously, Kristina served as Assistant Dean of External Affairs at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga's College of Business, where she developed her passion for supporting and encouraging women as business leaders.
Kristina lives by the philosophy "invest in the change you want to see in the world" and focuses her investment, philanthropic and nonprofit work in the areas of education, entrepreneurship and social equity.
