Whiskey is brewing in Chattanooga after 100 year dry spell // Examiner

"Whiskey is being made legally in Chattanooga for the first time in over 100 years at the Tennessee Stillhouse. The cooker, fermenters and 100 gallon Vendome Copper still are all operational at Tennessee's latest producer of distilled spirits, located directly across the street from the historic Chattanooga Choo Choo on Market Street. The Stillhouse opens this week with a (sold-out) Grand Opening celebration on Tuesday, March 24. Normal business hours begin Wednesday for the public to come in for tours and tastings."
