Currently, Tennessee only wins one USDA SBIR/STTR award annually! USDA’s topic areas are very broad and cover nearly every aspect of rural life. They offer an SBIR/STTR solicitation once a year, with proposals due late August or early September. The solicitation should be posted on their site by the end of June.
TTDC’s Phase 0/00 programs assist qualified Tennessee firms in finding SBIR/STTR opportunities and in applying for “Phase I” and “Phase II” funding that can total $1 million or more.
The date is set for July 6th, from 11 am to 12:30 pm CDT. Click here to register.
Now, go forth and innovate.
