In many ways, the restaurant industry has been way behind the adoption of new technologies available to businesses and consumers. QuickCue, a Chattanooga startup, realized this at 48Hour Launch in April of 2011 and set out on a journey to change it. The result is a beautiful, tablet-based iPad app that helps restaurants better manage their customers’ experiences.
And now the restaurant industry is paying attention. Last week, the Times Free Press highlighted the first big validation that QuickCue was really on to something- CraftWorks, a Chattanooga-based restaurant company with almost 200 locations, announced they would be using the startup as their guest engagement platform. Today, Restaurant Management Magazine covered QuickCue’s recent launch as well.
We are hoping to hear many more great things from QuickCue over the next few months and years as they could be the leader in the emerging restaurant guest engagement industry.
