Panelists will include:
T.J. Gentle- CEO, SmartFurniture- After spending time in corporate law, T.J. joined the SmartFurniture team and led the venture-backed company through two rounds of raising money.
Jack Studer- A Chattanooga native, Jack has been involved with start-ups from both the funding side, as a Silicon Valley investment banker, and the entrepreneur side, having started and sold his own document security software company. He now works as a venture capitalist, looking for and investing in industry disrupting companies across the southeast.
Dewey Hammond- Capital Advisor, Four Bridges Capital- Dewey’s corporate finance experience includes advising businesses on mergers and acquisitions. He’s initiated and negotiated the acquisition and sale of private companies, private placements of debt and equity, as well as a variety of long-term contracts and strategic alliances.
